By using Trackclerk ("the app"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
Trackclerk is a meet-day planning companion for track & field. It reads publicly posted meet schedules and results and estimates when you should warm up, check in, and race. All times and countdowns are estimates based on third-party data and your own inputs — they can be wrong, delayed, or unavailable. Always follow official meet announcements and the clerk of the course. Trackclerk is not responsible for a missed event.
Trackclerk is meant to be set up and managed by a parent, guardian, or coach, or by an athlete who is at least 13. You're responsible for the information you enter and for keeping any control or admin codes private.
Please don't misuse the app: no attempting to break, overload, or probe the service; no using it to send spam or to contact people who haven't opted in; and no scraping or automated access beyond normal personal use.
Trackclerk's core single-athlete features are free. Paid plans (Pro and Team) are in preview and not yet billed. When billing begins, we'll show the exact price and renewal terms before you purchase, and any applicable refund terms will be stated at checkout.
Schedules, heats, lanes, and results come from third parties (for example AthleticLIVE and Flash Results) and may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. Weather comes from Open-Meteo. Trackclerk is not affiliated with AAU, USATF, or any timing provider, and does not guarantee third-party data.
The app is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trackclerk and its creators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for a missed event, arising from your use of the app.
We may update these terms; we'll change the date above when we do. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
